We had the pleasure of shooting a family session at the beautiful, Heritage Park & Gardens. Shooting kids is always a challenge, because they would rather be playing, running, coloring, or really anything than being still for a dude with a beard taking pictures of them. Sometimes in the middle of a shoot you know when you’ve “killed it” or when you are really treading water. The kids were great and Mom was wonderful, patient, and willing to try different shots. All-in-all, it was fun, another learning experience, and an opportunity to bone up on some post production skills.
